Welcome to Human Diversity and Social Justice in Social Work Practice. This text is an opportunity for students of social work to engage foundational content on diversity, equity, and, inclusion at both interpersonal and institutional levels. Wherever possible definitions and descriptions are elevated with stories from news, art, and popular culture.

This text is being piloted by the author in the Fall of 2023 and for this reason, portions of chapters will be in flux and under construction until at least May of 2024.
